Born in El Paso, I have also lived in Santa Fe and San Angelo. Recently earned a BA in Creative Writing in 2006 and MA in Rhetoric and Writing Studies in 2008 from UTEP. In fall 2008, I will begin my core corses towards a PhD program for Writing and Rhetoric Studies. In the past, I have worked as webmaster, admin asst., and bookkeeper. I love my family (mjd, the judge, and curtie), our spastic cats (pumpkin and inky, and outsider Oliver/Oscar Meow), photography, music, writing, drawing, flickr, blogger, blogs, and home.
